Ancillary Services

What are Ancillary Inspections?

Ancillary inspections are separate, detailed, inspections of things that are not covered under a standard Home Inspection.

Many Ancillary Inspections require the Inspector to acquire additional education, testing, certifications, and licensing so many of them are offered at an additional charge.

Not all Home Inspectors offer all of the Ancillary Inspections.

Be aware that some of these Ancillary Inspections may be required in some cases.
