When you call us we will schedule a time to come by and discuss your project in person at no charge.
How our pricing structure works:
1. By the foot - Projects like crown molding, baseboards, chair rails, picture frame moldings are normally priced by the foot of material used. (Length)
2. By the square foot - Projects like tile flooring, painting, drywall, etc are normally priced by the square foot. (Length X Width)
3. By the job - Projects like changing out a toilet, sink, light fixture, door handles, etc each have a set price per job.
4. By the hour - Several small projects together will normally be charged an hourly rate that is less than the price of each individual job.
5. By the day - Our most popular option: One set price for 8-10 hours of work, any work you need or want us to do. You have us for a full day!!!
Since no 2 projects are the same, we price each job individually. All of our pricing is for our labor only. Materials will be up to you to decide what you like. You can purchase the materials yourself and get the points on your card, or we can pick them up and have you pay us for the materials with NO upcharge.....the price on the receipt is the price you pay us.
